Labour is included in all packages. Parts (replacement screws, mirror clips, springs, lubricant) are included in Premium; Essential and Standard parts are quoted separately before work begins. All packages include a prepaid inbound FedEx label — return shipping is quoted at checkout based on package weight and destination. LSO is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from improper packing by the customer; we’ll provide packing guidance for your scope type. A 30-day workmanship guarantee applies to Essential and Standard; 90 days for Premium. Recoating services (aluminizing) are not included in any mail-in package and are quoted separately.
